Managed different types of projects for central and state government organizations like construction of station buildings, track works, colonies for south-central railway and also the construction of General Manager’s office, quarters, administrative buildings, and training schools and other large buildings for Railways. Engaged in real estate and property development projects.
- Undertaken the Development of Naveen Park layout which has become a prestigious layout of Hubli city during 1999-2000
- Undertaken the construction of 8 No’s of Dupleix Buildings At Naveen Park, Hubli during 2005-06
- Development of 15 acres of land as residential plots at Keshwapur namely “Swarna’sGreen Valley”

Concrete Sleepers
Indian Railways has taken a major step in increasing its freight-carrying capacity. In recent years, methods have been developed to put tracks on concrete without using conventional sleepers or track ballast. Concrete sleepers are already being used in all developed countries. In India, the use of concrete sleepers is common nowadays. There are about 25 factories manufacturing concrete sleepers in our country.
The Research and Development Standards Organization, a wing of Indian Railways, has designed a most sturdy sleeper called “Mono Block Prestressed Concrete Railway Sleeper, which is used nowadays by Indian Railways for their track modernization program, which includes laying of tracks and replacement of old tracks.
Stone Crushing
An enormous stone crushing facility using advanced technology and modern machinery is established in a stretch of 4.00 acres. Puzzolana Make 130/150 TPH cone crusher is prevalent, which yields around 1000 MT per day. The aggregate produced in the cone crusher is granular in size when compared with the aggregate produced by Jaw crushers.

Advertising and Media
In the year 2004-2005, Hubli-Dharwad Municipal Corporation has invited enthusiastic investors to come forward and invest in the development of the twin cities by providing road medians, foot overbridges, bus shelters at different parts of the city under BOT scheme. The scheme was to develop these amenities at the cost of the investor, and on completion of the project, the investor can erect advertisement boards in their stretches as per the rules and conditions of the HDMC, and the income, if generated, will be the returns for the investments made therein. Mr. Prasad came forward for the call of the commissioner HDMC Mr. Manivannan and developed the following stretches.
- Road divider Median from Hosur Cross to Vidyanagar on Dharwar road.
- Road divider Median from Akshay Colony to Airport on Gokul Road.
- Road divider Median from Vidyanagar to Gokul road via Sirur Park.
- Foot over Bridges at BVB College and Mahila Vidya Peeta.
- 2 Bus Shelters at Hosur in front of Mahila Vidya Peeta.
- 2 Bus Shelters at Keshwapur, Hubli
These amenities will help in controlling the traffic, reduce accidents and are useful for the students as the FOBs are provided near the schools and colleges in Vidyanagar. The investment in these projects is over ₹ 2 crores.
Ready Mix Concrete
As the infrastructure in and around Hubli-Dharwad is growing at a rapid phase, the need for quality and cost-effective ready mix concrete has skyrocketed for both industrial and residential purposes in the twin cities. To meet such growing demand, the Ready Mix Concrete Plant was commissioned on 9th March 2012 at Chalamatti Village.
The latest technology and modern equipment from “SCHWING Stetter India” a pioneer company world-renowned for the adept and innovative technology, has been erected which produces 30 cum/hour.
Cement Blocks
Having established the stone crushing plant and RMC plant, the by-product of the crusher is 6mm aggregate and stone dust is used to manufacture cement bricks of different sizes.
High-quality bricks with specific sizes and strength using quality raw materials are produced and supplied by this unit.
